SESSIONS DESIGNED JUST FOR YOU

  • Sports Massage: Addresses either the stimulation of targeted muscles before an activity or the restoration of the overactive muscles by alleviating pain and discomfort post event (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)
     

  • Deep Tissue Massage: designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury. It is not uncommon for receivers of deep tissue massage to have their pain replaced with a new muscle ache for a day or two. (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)
     

  • Rehabilitative/Medical Massage: or musculoskeletal rehabilitation and/or reduction in pain in persons who have suffered from a crash/accident, sports related injuries or medical recovery like a stroke for example. (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)
     

  • Pre-natal: Safe relaxing therapeutic body work for mothers to be in all trimesters. (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)
     

  • Sleep Surrender: Gentle rhythmic strokes to relax mind and body. (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)
     

  • Collage: "A custom combination of all modalities" (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)
     

  • Shiatsu: “acupressure/compression & stretching” (60min/$200 | 90min/$250)

VigoFitBody can offer consultation in overall fitness & spa facilities design and management. These services include, among others:

 

  • Formatting a practical design concept for your desired gym/spa according to the available space and its specific architecture
     

  • Overseeing equipment purchasing, placement, and maintenance
     

  • Facility management
     

  • Management of additional fitness services, such as Yoga, Pilates or any group exercise classes

The VigoFitBody program would not succeed if its relationship with nutrition was not established from the start. My program is intended for weight loss or management, but also focuses on building healthy and lean muscle mass.

I am providing you below some exmple meals for the week. Feel free to substitute meals with others listed by adding your own healthy options. 

TIPS

  • Skipping meals may slow down your metabolism
     

  • Practice eating breakfast, lunch, dinner. Manage your portions, allow your metabolism to find a new rhythm. 
     

  • Enjoy light healthy snacks in between meals if necessary
     

  • Water is a must to assist the kidneys and liver to detox and purify “drink plenty”. Adding juice from lemon is *optional and has many benefits.
     

  • Consume a high protein shake within 30 minutes post workout to help muscle recovery
